In short: we never ask for health information, the overview you make stays in your own browser, and our visit counting is anonymous.

The overview you make

Everything you type on the Make your overview page is saved in your browser's own storage on your own device, so you can close the tab and pick it up later. It isn't sent to us, and we can't read it. If you clear your browser data, the overview is gone — so share it in the family chat or download it when you're done.

Information we don't ask for

We have no fields for diagnoses, medication, medical notes or any other health information, and we don't ask for a national ID number. Søskenhjelp is a logistics tool, not a health service, and knowing who does what is all we need to be useful.

Counting visits

We count how many people visit the pages and how many actually make an overview, so we know whether the product works. Before you answer the cookie question, this counting happens in an anonymous form that neither stores anything on your device nor can be linked to you. If you say yes, we use full measurement with cookies. If you say no, we measure nothing.

If you buy the overview on paper

You then create an account with an email address, and the payment goes through Stripe. We never see your card number — Stripe handles the card and sends the receipt. What we learn is that your account has bought the sheets, so they can be unlocked again if you switch browsers. The sheets themselves are put together here in your browser from the overview you've already filled in, and what's on them is never sent to us.

When the shared edition arrives

The shared edition will need a phone number for each sibling, to send the invitation link and sign you in. We will then store the phone number and whatever you put into the shared overview yourselves, and nothing more. This page will be updated before that happens.
